A Straight, Written Bathroom Remodel Quote. No Sales Pitch Attached.
Real bathroom remodeling for Brigham City and Northern Utah homes, run by licensed contractor Nephi Barlow.
Why the Quote Comes From Nephi, Not a Sales Team
When you request a quote, you’re not getting a salesperson trained to close you on the spot. You get a fixed, written number from a licensed contractor who stands behind the work.
There’s no corporate overhead built into the price, no franchise fee, no commission padding a stranger’s paycheck.
What you see in the quote is what the job actually costs, and if something needs a second look after the job, it comes back to us under the workmanship guarantee.

Rather talk it through? (435) 210-0518
Every call and text goes to Nephi or his office, never a call center.
“This company is the very best, so happy about the work, very professional, great job. Would call Nephi again. I could go on and on. Call J.O.A.T Construction first.”
Bathroom Remodel Questions
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on scope. A tub-to-shower conversion costs less than a full gut remodel. For the full breakdown, see our bathroom remodel cost guide.
How long does a bathroom remodel typically take?
Most bathroom remodels run one to a few weeks depending on scope. You’ll get a specific timeline once we’ve seen the space.
Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of the most common bathroom projects we do.
Is tile work included, or do I need a separate tile contractor?
It’s included. Tile is part of the job, under the same contract and written quote.
What’s your warranty on bathroom remodel work?
All work comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee. It covers the work itself for one year. Materials and supplies carry their own manufacturer warranties.
