How we work
One Licensed Contractor Accountable for the Whole Job
Nephi owns JOAT Construction and holds the license every job runs under. He puts together a crew he hires and trusts, and brings in licensed specialists where the work calls for them.
When you call or text, you reach Nephi or someone in his office, not a call center. If something comes up mid-project, there’s one company to call and one contractor responsible for making it right.

Kitchens and Bathrooms

Both. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling is what we focus on, from small updates to full gut jobs.

A crew Nephi hires and trusts, plus licensed specialists for trades like electrical and HVAC when a job needs them. Every job runs under Nephi’s general contractor license and carries a one-year workmanship guarantee.
How does the quote process work?
Send photos and a description of the space, then we visit in person to talk through your budget and vision. You get a fixed, written quote before anything starts.

Brigham City, Perry, Willard, Tremonton, Logan, Ogden, Salt Lake City, Park City, Box Elder County.
Do you offer a warranty on the work?
Yes. All work comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee. It covers Nephi’s work, not the materials and supplies, which carry their own manufacturer warranties.
